Will Magnolia Station Candle's Fund Raiser Program be profitable for you?

To schedule a Magnolia Station Fund Raiser Program please fill in the information below, and press the submit button.

We would like to receive this confirmation at least two weeks before the beginning date. We do recommend a two to three week selling period. Upon receipt of this form and approval of your fund raiser, we will send you as many Color Sales Sheets as you require and a Tally Sheet. Magnolia Station reserves the right to grant or deny any organization the right to sell its products. This is not a binding contract. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

If you are a Massachusetts non-profit organization please send us a photocopy of your Massachusetts Department of Revenue Certificate of Exemption (form ST-2) and Sales Tax Exempt Purchaser Certificate (form ST-5) at the time of payment. If you do not have a Certificate of Exemption, we are required to collect Massachusetts sales tax of 5% on your total purchase.

Once your sales are completed and we receive the Tally Sheet along with your payment, we usually need two to three weeks to process your order.
