When should your organization hold a Magnolia Station Fund Raiser?
We offer two seasonal programs which include our most popular fragrances in order to maximize your sales and profit. Our Spring/Summer Program is offered from March through August and our Fall/Winter Program is offered from September through February.
Many organizations now hold annual Magnolia Station fund raising events. We are certain that our products will be well-received by your customers. In order to better serve you, we request two weeks notice prior to your fund raiser beginning date.
How does the Magnolia Station Fund Raiser work?
Magnolia Station will provide your organization with as many Color Sales Sheets as you require and a Tally Sheet. Once you have completed your sales, simply total your orders and enter them on the Tally Sheet. Then send us the Tally Sheet along with your payment. We are usually able to fill orders within 2 weeks. We will contact you when your order is ready.
All of our products will be packed in bulk. We will provide you with bags and tissue. Your organization will divide the order for distribution to your customers.
Sample jars or votives may be purchased at the listed costs once we have received the signed Fund Raiser Confirmation. Please refer to the Fund Raiser Confirmation Form to schedule your Magnolia Station fund-raising event.
